Also if I try to use IE to see files on the HD, I get nowhere, however thru firefox using the ietab plugin, I can see my files. Ran Task Manager and explorer.exe keeps getting killed then if I try to restart it by typing it in the new task (run) it runs, everything comes back (icons, taskbar) and then it's right back out again, I've got both AVG, CCLeaner, SpyBot, and HJT. Just like it says in the topic! Desktop Icons and Taskbar disappear, reappear, then disappear completely.
